Please allow me to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Stanislaw “Stan” Krozel, Managing Broker/Founding President of Royal Service Realty a family owned and operated private independent brokerage firm.
I chose to leave my former broker, Coldwell Banker Primus Realty, and decided to open my own firm in 2002. Having worked in several public service related industries, including as a licensed funeral director beginning in 1993, I decided to change full time careers and bring the true meaning of personal service to the real estate profession. Hence, the origin of the company name "Royal Service".
I left my former broker for 4 very important reasons. First, there were often delays for my clients and myself in getting answers from management regarding important matters, such as accepting lower commission percentages. Frequently I was given the excuse that the corporate office would need to give final approval. The delay in answers sometimes cost me loss of clients and business. Secondly, mandatory and reoccurring monthly incidental fees were draining my pocket book. Franchise fees, monthly phone usage, errors and omissions insurance, advertising that I did not wish to participate in and copy machine costs began to escalate. The third reason, I could not offer my friends and family reduced commission rates without severe penalty. Listing contracts had too many restrictions and clients did not have the ability to cancel if not happy. And fourthly, I am quite simply “anti-corporate” in my beliefs.
I feel strongly that many larger conglomerate brokerage firms have lost sight of personal service and their primary focus is to increase revenue from new sales associates by charging monthly junk fees. The focus should be on longevity of employment by cultivating the agents into successful professionals. Royal Service Realty. offers weekly training, guidance, and a full time web graphics department that makes creating materials such as preview booklets available as standard for every listing. We also offer professional staffing, management and support. Does this sound too good to believe? Well, its not. This is what we, as a company, are about.
